Who operates Formatixa

Formatixa is operated by Haisman Consult BV. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to contact@formatixa.com.

The service

Formatixa provides free browser-based tools for converting and editing supported files. The tool pages describe their supported formats, limits and output. No account is required for the current tools.

Your files

You retain your rights to your files. Use the tools only with files you are entitled to process and in ways that respect applicable law and the rights of others. Selecting a file does not give Haisman Consult BV ownership of it. File contents are processed on your device and are not uploaded by the tools.

Review your results

Keep your original files and check the output before relying on it. Conversion may change quality, colour, metadata or document features. Compression savings and automatic background-removal quality vary. Browser support and available memory can affect processing. Sign PDF adds a visible signature; it is not a certificate-based digital-signature or identity-verification service.

Responsible use

Do not use the website to infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

Availability and changes

Maintenance and technical issues may interrupt access. Features and supported formats may change; their current limits are shown on the relevant pages. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised date and will not apply retroactively.

Privacy and third-party software

Our privacy and limits page explains local processing, optional analytics and third-party software notices. Emailing support is separate from local file processing: the information you email is sent to us.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Questions or problems

Contact us with the tool name and a description of the problem. You do not need to send confidential files to report an issue.
