A few useful answers

Are extracted frames complete images?

Yes. Partial GIF updates are composited with earlier frames, with supported disposal modes applied, so each PNG represents a complete animation frame.

Where are the frame timings?

The JSON includes each source frame delay in milliseconds and sprite coordinates. PNG files themselves are not animated. A zero delay is preserved in the data; browsers may play it with a minimum delay.

Can I preserve pixel art?

Choose Sharp pixels when resizing to avoid smoothing. Keep the original width to avoid resizing at all.

Which GIFs are supported?

Up to 300 image frames, 4 megapixels per frame and 100 million source frame pixels. GIF text-overlay blocks and reserved disposal modes are not supported.

Do my files leave my device?

No. Processing and downloads happen locally in this browser. Optional analytics receives only the tool name, never file contents or filenames.
